Positions
Project Manager
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 5+ years managing land or infrastructure projects
Leads subdivision and infrastructure projects from permitting to handover: budgets, schedules, contractors and client reporting.
Civil Engineer
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; registered or eligible to register as a professional engineer in Belize
Designs and supervises roads, drainage, culverts and earthworks for new subdivisions.
Licensed Land Surveyor
Requirements: Licensed land surveyor in Belize; experience with subdivision and boundary surveys
Carries out boundary, topographic and subdivision surveys and prepares survey plans for approval.
Survey Assistant (Chainman)
Requirements: High school; able to work outdoors in all weather
Supports the survey crew in the field: line clearing, setting monuments, holding the rod and prism.
CAD Drafter / GIS Technician
Requirements: Associate degree or diploma; AutoCAD / Civil 3D or GIS experience
Prepares subdivision layouts, road profiles and maps from survey data.
Site Supervisor / Foreman
Requirements: 5+ years supervising road, drainage or site-clearing crews
Runs daily site work, crews and equipment; keeps work safe, on schedule and to specification.
Heavy Equipment Operator
Requirements: Valid Belize driver's licence; experience operating excavator, grader, bulldozer or roller
Operates heavy equipment for land clearing, grading, road building and drainage works.
Dump Truck Driver
Requirements: Valid Belize commercial driver's licence; clean driving record
Hauls fill, gravel and materials between quarries and project sites.
General Labourer
Requirements: No experience required; must be physically fit
General site work: clearing, drainage, concrete work and helping the trades.
Real Estate Sales Agent
Requirements: High school; sales experience preferred; English and Spanish an asset
Shows lots to buyers, explains payment plans and follows up leads for our subdivisions.
Administrative Assistant
Requirements: Associate degree; strong Microsoft Office skills
Front office, filing, correspondence and support for the project and sales teams.
Accounts Clerk / Bookkeeper
Requirements: Associate degree in Accounting; QuickBooks experience
Payables, receivables, lot payment plans and payroll support.
Environmental & Permitting Officer
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related; knowledge of the Belize EIA / DOE process
Prepares permit applications and environmental compliance plans and monitors sites.
Security Guard
Requirements: High school; clean police record
Protects equipment, materials and project sites, including night shifts.
